Id be pissed too...he ran the show for basically the whole year prior...all of a sudden he's got a match at mania midcard no one cares about and other midcard feuds. Then he gets told to lose to someone who just walked In the door

No matter what, he acted like a child. He walked out the night after Mania as well which is why they teamed up Rock and Hogan to face Hall/Nash in Montreal. He was a big part of post Mania plans...i mean he didnt want to work with Hogan at the time and that was well publicized in 2002. It's been flipped in this draft him looking like a rebel and walking out instead of doing what Rock did at Summerslam without hassle.

I know most won't agree but I enjoyed that match more than most WWE match I've watched in the last few years. That was professional wrestling to me, pure psychology, working the crowd and enough selling that it made it seem like a real fight. Great match, brilliant.

You get Hulk Hogan to do a job for you WHENEVER you get the chance. Hogan and The Rock were gonna be gone for months, and with Hogan you cannot be sure if he's even coming back, and if he is, if he's putting someone over, or if he'll just pull what he did with HBK at Summerslam. In the case of Hogan, you use him for what you can when you have him, you cannot trust him with any sort of long term plan. Remember, this run of his ended with him quitting in the middle of the Mr. America run.

Hulk vs rock should have mainevented wm18. That was such a big match.

My only issue with Hogan's work after his return to WWE was that he was still trying to get over that strong man style against guys that were half his age, twice his size, and clearly in much better shape. He never played up the cagey veteran tactics as much as he should have.

That's one of the things I love about Jericho's work right now, he's just just beating guys outright he's outsmarting them.

Incorrect. HBK did what he did because going into that match, Hulk decided he was going to take more time off and not come back to do business with HBK.

So, as I said, when you have Hulk actually willing to do a job, you jump on it.
