There are a lot of ways to view this.

  • only the strong will survive, so various factions will fight for infinity, bringing about stronger and more violent iterations each time
  • Humanity will unite as one when faced with an existential dilemma (evil aliens, a big asteroid, advanced climate change)
  • AI will take over and machines/computers will be the new life form moving forward
  • Humans will enter the universal community and interact with friendly aliens to help advance our understanding of existence and our place in the world

Its actually one of the biggest things humanity lacks right now. No real long term goal for the betterment of the species. Just short term gratification for the few powerful elite.

Why dont we try to automate production of as many things as possible in an attempt to free humanity from toil? Colonize the moon and mars? Make school free and expect people to pursue doctorates? Something... Anything...

Previous generations had wars :snoop:

I dont have any faith humanity will survive ourselves or the universe so i just :manny:

The last thing humanity wants to do, is "Unite as one" and "live in peace" :heh:

We got more nukes than cures.
Lol right. If we didn't unite 3000 years ago we damn sure ain't doing now. I mean the most popular religion in the world is God send his son here to be murdered so we don't have to go to hell. Like Breh the only reason we're not going to burn is because we murdered God.

Obviously we have lots of things separating us right now (religion, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, culture, class, age, politics etc...etc)

I'm assuming that ultimately the end goal is to eventually erase all things that separate us and become one

is that not true?

or are we destined to fight and have violent disagreements for all eternity?

is an "other" always needed in order for things to function properly?

are we too stuck in traditions for that to even be a that real possibility?

There is no 'endgame' persay, but the next big step we are headed toward the return of Christ, the real Christ.

Not in the sense of zombie jesus coming 'back' to defeat evil, but the return of unity consciousness within man. Human beings, not necessarily all, or at the same time are going to evolve/reactivate our natural full capacity for empathy as more and more people awake to their true nature, it will ripple through out the species until Christ consciousness is the baseline for humanity.

This doesn't mean there will be no 'problems' or differences...but that unconditional love for the individual will be the law of the land because we will feel connected to one another on a level that will make it hard to be predatory or discriminatory as the the barrier between us and 'other' becomes less and less. As will the time lag between our actions and their effects.

That's the next milestone IMO, and the fact that things are so tough and divided now is actually a GOOD sign that we are working to put these divisive issues on the table to work them out. Symptoms have to get worse sometimes before the healing starts.

@Take It In Blood

I came in here to say, to become one.

More specifically, I think man is on a quest to become god.

All of you sound like your repeating thoughts and ideas from people channelling 'extraterrestrial' beings or material composed via automatoc writing from 'ascended masters'

You are so lost and so foolish.
