i ultimately had settled on sleeping pills and a plastic bag. u take the pills and put ur head inside the bag. u plan it so u fall asleep before theres no more oxygen in the bag, which should lead to a peaceful and painless death.
i changed my mind by reading failed suicide attempts stories on reddit, they had a nikka
. nikkas tlm bout how their families were crushed and its only then they realized how much they were loved and decided to keep living even though they still have suicidal thoughts, just to save their families from that pain. other nikkas tlm bout jus survivin out of pure will even tho theyre sill in a dark place, but they refuse to kill themselves. the strength i felt from them thru those stories made me decide to stick it out, at least a lil longer."Your going to die anyways, why not just live the good life in the meantime?"
