Drink water, get adequate sleep.

CONTRARY TO WHAT SOME PEOPLE SAY SHAVING DOES NOT MAKE IT GROW BACK THICKER OR FASTER.

Seriously take the time to think about that. Why would shaving my hair make it grow back twice as fast?

I think there is possibility of running an electric trimmer over parts of the face that will stimilare a hair folicle.

My beard grew in in correlation to that action

I do and was drinking water primarily and had consistent sleep for a while and a clean diet

Ok but you dont need to run any type of razor to stimulate hair follicles. You can literally do that by just rubbing the area of your face that you want hair to grow. Brush it, wash it, comb it, touch it, this will all stimulate the hair follicles. Why would you shave the area if you want hair to grow there?

Are you trolling? How about the little bit of hair you already do have.
