I can bench press 200. 3X4

I can do 40 straight pushups.

I can do 14 straight dips.

I can do 12 straight pull ups.

I can curl 45 5X4.

With this alone I should be looking pretty brolic. But I am not advancing from the fukking day I was doing half of what is listed above. I'm beginning to question why even working out? I am not showing any progress at all even though I'm lifting these heavy ass weights 3 times a week :why:

Help. I NEED to see progress or I'm gonna say fukk this gym shyt.

I know you tired of **** strong arming you, but you'll get their soon Breh.

What do you consider a "beast"? Cause yea those numbers are similar to mine (same height too) and Im far from beastly.

I'm not. Take it or leave it. :manny:

I just became angry, looking at myself naked in the mirror today. I'm like damn, I'm not making hardly any progress after going hard in the gym for the past 3 months. All this time & money invested for nothing. :snoop:

3 months is nothing bro

Your routine isn't good and you have very unrealistic expectations

If all it took was 3 months of following a below average routine to be a beast, don't you think you'd see more beasts?. Have some patience playboy.

i see you've fed in to the lies of the fitness industry.

besides other factors such as genetics and etc, there's no way you're going to look like you've worked out for 10 years in 3 months. it doesn't work like that. another thing too, if you see someone who looks like they worked out for 10 years in 3 months, more than likely unless he's some dude who has good genes, has some trainer and follows some super diet, training and rest special, he's cheating his way to the gym.

with that said, you don't have to train hard to look like you workout. it takes time and dedication to make yourself do all that time.

but one thing though, don't take this sh!t too seriously though because a lot of the sh!t where you see these dudes with those ripped up type of bodies are probably on something to make them look like that. there aren't much people that are dedicated like that to begin with.

i never understand people who come looking for advice then get all hard headed and turn it down when people give it to them.

These types of dudes don't have the patience at all, they pick up all these muscle mags like 'chicken breast, 4 hours in the gym, when summer comes i'm good :steviej:' when you show them the real, they hit you with the  'is there another way'

I can bench press 200. 3X4..
I could do 225 lbs 10 reps x 4 sets on a good day. When I see another dude pushing 315 lbs for 10 reps... as his warm-up... I know there's genetics involved, motivation, technique and eating right. You need to mix it up. There's one thing that I do regret and that is mixing in low weight, high rep (15 to 25 reps) exercises. I had a bad habit of only doing mid-weight for 8 to 10 reps or high-weight and low reps (1 to 5). I suggest mixing in high reps/low weight days.

I can do 40 straight pushups...
Push-ups doesn't matter much. Mix it in on your high rep days.

I can do 14 straight dips...
Try 25 you big p*ssy. Just kidding. I could hit 25 reps years ago. If you have access to a weight belt, start mixing in weighted dips on your heavy tricep days. Dip as low as you do when you do unweighted dips. No reason to cheat or you aren't maximizing the work, force x distance. Don't macho man it with 90 lbs. on the weight belt if you can't complete a full range of motion dip.

I can do 12 straight pull ups...
Try 26 you monster p*ssy. I would emphasize working in either weighted pull-ups, t-bar row, or close grip cable row. Mix it up with heavy weight/low rep days and low weight/high reps days.

I can curl 45 5X4..
45 lbs for 5 reps, I'm guessing you are using 45 lbs dumbbell in each hand. It's just me, but I am more inclined to use EZ-curl bar and regular barbell when doing curls because you can do more with both arms working together, and build more mass as you can pump more poundage that way. It's all relative in a way. You can stick with barbell. Also, if you aren't fully extending your arm at the bottom of the curl, I would suggest you start doing that. It works the long head of the bicep.

doing 155lb dumbbell rows will touch your biceps better than curls will :mjpls:
