I looked up the part about him seeing Fred “move” years ago. The book explains his mental state better than the movie but the director did a great job nevertheless imo . This is why I like to read books before seeing the movie.

I’m guessing they will go based on the alternative ending… the colony in Vermont gets overrun by the dark seekers right before they can do anything with the cure Robert found out now it’s Robert, the lady(alice braga) and MBJ on search for a new place to bring the cure
