Went to Panama in 2003 and picked up a kilogram of cocaine. Man I love that city (Panama City) Beautiful women, great food, great scenery. I know nikkas gonna call on that brick but it really happened

Spent half my summers as a kid in Panama. Moms is Panamanian

Costa Rica

Fun place to visit. I practically lived there between 2010-2011 since i barely spent a total of 90 days combined on U.S. soil during that time. Between March 2010 and September 2011 I flew there a total of 14 times and would typically stay 3 weeks to a month at a time. I was even seriously dating a girl i met there. (miss you Gale )

Restaurants:

• Tumis House - If you are a Peruvian cuisine lover (who isnt?) and love Ceviche and bife de Carazon) then tis is the place for you my friends. This is THE GOLD MINE.
• Machu Pichu - Awesome little Peruvian restaurant. Comparable to Machu Picchu
• La Esquina Buenos Aires - Best steaks you will ever have. I swear this place can convert any Veggan into a carnivore. Best MOJITO you will ever set your lips on. But BEWARE: The place is tiny and tend to be very busy. There are times you will go there and they will not be able to sit you at all unless you wait or eat at the bar. You can make a reservation.
• Fogo Brazil - Brazilian steak house. Nuff said. Kinda pricey. I went there alone and my bill was $73

Things to do:

• White water rafting
• Zip Lining
• Others
• I personally loved the mountain over there. If you get a chance rent a car and leave the city and head towards Limon'. As you leave San Jose you will enter a rain forest through the mountain. Most beautiful site ever if you love nature. Sometimes i would stop the car and just sit on the site of the road and admire the enormous green mountains

P.S. If you're black Costa Rican women will harass you. They love negroes regardless of nationality BUT they dont care for they hood type.

Went to San Juan last year... Nice Women, weather, and decent food. If you go take a trip to El Yunque rainforest, it's cool if you are into that type of shyt. Old San Juan has a lot of shopping and deals, overall it was a great experience cheap and fun.

Winnipeg

Seems like a nice place but I didnt enjoy it much. Was there for a project and once we were done i couldnt wait to get out of there because it was way too cold. -32 deg . Once we got done with the project i changed my flight and went home early

Restaurants

• Tre Visi - Italian restauran. very very expensive but it's worth it. Trust me thats coming from someone who likes but doesnt love Italian food.
• There was another restaurant in the Underground that i went to. Dont recall the name but the food was awesome

Things to do:

Poland

Was there for 6 days at the end of May with 4 of these days spent in Olsztyn which is a small town 4 hours from Warsaw. Sh!t was kinda boring until i got back to Warsaw

Restaurant

• Downtown Restaurant - This is inside the InterContinental hotel. Awsome steak house and they also have great breakfast. Pricing is not too bad either.
  
• Platter: Polish Modern Cuisine - Also in intercontinental hotel. Very Very pricey but great food and awesome deserts

Things to do:

• Plenty to do in Warsaw if you like sight seeing and partying. Too bad i didnt have time to do much of either but its a really nice city to visit. Just dont count on seeing many black people. In 6 days I saw 4

I will be in the U.K. next 2 weeks during the Olympics for work. Flying out this friday. I will make sure to update ya'll while im onsite. I will be staying in Reading (45 min drive outside of London) but will try to hit London during the games.


I will also head to Paris, France at the end of my rotation for the last 3 days of the trip. Will update this thread
