There can only be a reduced suspension if Brady and the NFL settle...The judge himself cannot issue a reduced suspension...He is either going to uphold Goodells arbitration ruling or throw it out...
Its straight up 4 weeks for you If the suspension is upheld and 4 weeks for me if it isn't...

The judge told them to negotiate it out, but Goodell isn't going to back down at this point.. He's in too deep. Brady should have cooperated from the beginning.. Jonathan Vilma got a similar punishment under the same premise
