for a long term fix, fixing diet is 100% proven.

i see i see. Eating trash is a struggle for me. I eat trash. I think about not eating trash and it makes me want to eat trash. Still, because of the blessings of genetics and brazillian jiujitsu i am somehow blessed to lose fat but i dont think i have many years to enjoy this luxury. Must eliminate soft drinks and junk food.

i eat fast food 80% of the time yet ive lost 65+ pounds. The crucial thing is the macro content of the meals(calories, protein, fat, carbs)

in the case of cutting, calories are most important, then high protein, then fit the rest however you please(IE soda has relatively high cals, yet no protein/fat content and all carbs...aka bad in the grand scheme of meal choices, whereas a cheeseburger may look bad up front it may have a sizeable protein content which no longer makes the cals empty like they were with soda....small decisions end up leading to huge results...and a satisfying cut)

even with fasts the same applies(except carbs are omitted for special refeeds)

I can do it about 7 times.

So I can probably bench 200 once.
