Wow breh! That’s a lot of money. You aren’t alone though. If you ever messed with 0DTE Options you’ll learn what it really feels like to lose money in the blink of an eye. That was a lesson I learned in the five figure range smh.

There's beaucoup money to be made on the stock/options/futures markets, if your have the expertise & wherewithal.
I was a HEAVY gambler myself. Must of lost around the 150K mark over the years. Once my son was born I swore that I was done and stopped cold turkey. Man that anxiety is a muthafukka... I can honestly say my son saved my life cuz I was truly depressed and damn near suicidal.
You need to find something to do. Hit the gym, join a book club take cooking classes clean ya crib. The key is to stay occupied. It's only money breh. At least you in good health and still breathing.
