I think all religions, creation myths and holy books are false and do more harm than good because whatever the truth is...that stuff only helps in pulling us further away from whatever it may manifest itself as.
Whatever the truth is, we wouldn't accept it because we've already made up our minds about it via our traditions/superstitions.
Through science and computer simulations we pretty much figured out how everything we can see and observed came into being from the basic elements created during the big bang.
There's very few learned people who are justifying their belief in a higher power because they don't understand how planets or the sun would "create" itself anymore, or why the "wind blows"
(I'm aware that theres many ppl that still think this way but most don't, the answers are out there, just google)
But the question as to what caused the so called "big bang"
(more accurately described as an expansion) and why did it banged... is very intriguing and you can see how some people would gravitate towards Myths about it's origins due to our own ignorance.
It's understandable, but ultimately not really an excuse to throw all logic out of the window and start believing in mythical stories
(not past a certain age atleast)
we just gotta accept that we don't currently know and hope that maybe one day through science we'll figure it out.
Assuming its a simulation
(even though it just very well might be) answers just as many questions as assuming it's all the creation of an all powerful being
which is that is answers nothing and we're still just as ignorant as we were before we gravitated towards such ideas.
What's more fascinating to me is the fact that these elements and chemicals created in the big bang eventually became "conscious" and are now pondering it's very own existence
We are the universe.....becoming self aware of itself

Also, Killer Whales can speak English now, random but that just blows my mind
