I also think our whole universe could be one cell of a much larger animal on some MIB shyt![]()
Came in here to say this. I've come to the conclusion that if there is a God, his being is not in the way the human mind through religion has presented to us. I've always envisioned God to be almost like a hammock with the universe encompassing its very fabric and life being present at every molecular level. We have a precedent for this. We know that even our own human bodies are made up of whole microscopic cell systems that are birthed, have lifespans, and die.
This is present everywhere in nature. We can look at ants, for instance, and understand they have entire colony and super colony systems. There are all these microscopic ecosystems that are not visible to the naked eye but we now that they are there.
Humans trying to comprehend the universe or its beginnings, although a great endeavor, gets to a point where it becomes futile. It's like an ant trying to explain to another ant the composition of the earth. How can an ant understand the height of mountains, the layers of atmosphere or the depth and composition of the sea. It's like a singular human cell trying to explain to another cell the composition of the human body. How can a cell understand the layers of skin, bone, organ systems, the five senses, and the brain - the brain and human emotion? It becomes a futile attempt. There is a resounding blatant truth though, that everything is interconnected.
There is even a scripture in the Bible to the effect of "...In God we live and move and have our being". It is quite fantastic to have the knowledge of the amount of levels to life there is. It's even more fantastical because we only know what has been discernable to humans. There are so many planes of existence. I think the most logical understanding that humans should take when determining our origins and of the things around us is to first understand that we most likely are embedded on a microscopic level within a larger system or being (God or whatever you want to name it). So again, there is this underlying truth of the interconnectedness between each one of us and our Creator.
