I can't do sit ups at all

What exercises do I have to practice to build up my core?
Traditional situps. - work to 150 in a row for beginner
Planks- work to a 5 minute plank
Crunches. 200
Ab wheel. 3 sets of 8 for beginner. I do sets of 25.

Long as you do at least 2 of those you should get results.

I maintain with ab wheel through the week but

@Los! Could probably be a good resource for that specific muscle group.

Start with crunched on the floor, once you can do 10X10 properly with one minute rest intervals… Throw in 5 set of legs raises for 10 with one minute rest… You should be able to do sit ups once you can accomplish this.
