The Easy Way to Stop Smoking by Alan Carr (book). It really is easy. It is essentially the cold turkey method. Cold turkey is the best, because it immediately gets the nicotine out of your system. When you have it out of your system, you don't get cravings. For the first couple of days, you get some cravings, but they pass in a few minutes. You get some cravings here & there for the next few weeks- nothing too bad. This book also worked for a friend of mine.
