Try to decrease your dosage of it little by little. Exercise, exercise, exercise. Hit that gym up. Weights then caridio. Clean that diet up. Stay hydrated. Hitting a sauna up if you have access to one, works wonders.
Look at your activity b4 bedtime... are you on the phone, on the internet, stressing about work? Try to wind down an hour b4 you hit the bed. Read a book, stretch, floss lol....create a little ritual that gets your mind and body prepared to sleep. Use your bed for sleeping & smashing only. haha
If all else fails....smoke some dope.
