i went to vancouver in 2010.... it felt like i was in some asian country. there were no blacks or hispanics anywhere. it was a bunch of asians and white people.

seattle > vancouver

were there a lot of dime asian girls walking around in Vancouver?

I have been to NYC Boston Miami Chicago LA and there is definitely a difference between US cities and Toronto,Montreal..its very distinguishable..Just basic interactions with ppl on the street you can see the differences...

I went to Montreal to play in a hockey tournament with my team in 1999, shyt was dope as hell. Had a great time, never had a chance to check out other places like Toronto and Edmonton etccc but always wanted to.

Montreal is a dope city when your 18-19 you can make the jump from boy to man in a weekend in that city....

I've lived in Los Angeles, Houston, Miami, Vancouver and Toronto (dual citizenship) and I agree with threadstarter. There is no real noticeable difference other than a few minor ones like the currency. Lifestyle is pretty much identical.

Actually Miami felt more foreign than the Canadian cities.

Montreal doesn't feel American though. From the architecture to the language it seems very European.

Vancouver has one of the most diverse population. Walk in the downtown core and you will see a little bit of everything.
