O yea, Cam is definitely nice and had a much better career and higher on a GOAT rapper list but he never was as lyrically ill as Mase. Cam my n!gga but he never spit like the clip posted in OP and Mase has several freestyles where he's going off like that.

As far as lyrically, to me G-Dep is right up there with Mase. His flow was nice & extremely underrated.

Cam has verses in his career better the one in the OP. He has verses right on par in the COC days.

Post them. Like I said, Cam is nice but he wasn't spittin like that imo.

NY all day..Da Stead & BK..
He's not spittin in either one of those tracks as hard a Mase on Drug Wars, bro.
"I shoot ya bytch and leave u broadless, so if u want it we can start the static like a cordless..."

He bodied. And he spit a better verse than Mase on that same song. That freestyle posted in the OP is the best shyt Mase ever spit. Lol. And I'm not hating cause I'm one of the first people to vouch for Mase' mic skills. It's just Cam had been more consistently dope. No contest if u wanna bring consistency into it. Plus like I said before. That nikka literally created a whole new style to run with for the 2000's. From the effortless bars to the continuously rhyming the same word with different meanings shyt that JR Writer mastered.
