Let me get this straight....you think that white people moving into the hood and raising prices on everything will solve the problem?
Edit: have you been to Baltimore?
what else is going to work?

nothing sadly. I honestly never see that area improving.what else is going to work?
Nah detroit downtown> bmores. One of the only cities where Ive seen abandoned skyscrapers with boarded up windows. At night, downtown is like a ghost town.
Only Detroit comes close. Inner Harbor is cool tho

like ours in the late 90snothing sadly. I honestly never see that area improving.
That's in every hood in every city in America, where are you from?Went to college and lived there 8 years afterwards.
Unique city that has its challenges. The Wire definitely amped up the city tho.
Found it fascinating that some residents have not only left the city but have never left their neighborhood during their lifetime (i.e. never leaving West Side).

Baltimore is a really shytty place to live i think people underestimate that alot...they need to be worried about them damn bed bugs tho
No it can't. Balitimore is too small. Where would everyone relocate?
RIP. Be strong broI just lost my older brother in Baltimore in November. My family and I were trying to get him to move back to NY just off the strength of how crazy it is in Bmore. He was killed by some youngins coming outside of a laundromat. He left behind a wife and 4 children. My heart is broken, brehs.
