I worked in a special needs school for a year before going to college. People with down syndrome are some of the happiest, nicest, most affectionate, honest and emotionally vulnerable people I have ever met. OP is a piece of shyt.

One of my cousin's kids has it and that's my dude! You described him to the tee. Shocked me when he was kid because I've always thought that was something that affected white people. Never seen a black person with it before.

When I was little one of my neighbors son’s had Downs. My parents told me he was different but I never understood what they meant because we always played good together

Once people realize they aren’t all the same maybe they’ll stop stigmatizing people with it. It’s ranges, some are like little kids while others have jobs and can function relatively well
