white people don't see color until they're on the same side of the street as a Black person and preparing to cross the street to get away from that Black person.

white people om the other hand they see it but dont want to admit to it to minorities/people of color. that's why the wait for us to leave the room to discuss it.
feel bad for black people who say/think this...it's like they want to avoid reality and the reality of being black in a white controlled society.

everybody does. some are more bold to admit it than others.
for example white people are looked at/upon as men and women. black people are looked at as black first and men and women second.
I'm at the point where I think Black people who work in close proximity to whites should set up recording devices in a break room setting to capture the conversations they have when we aren't present.
a small, well placed go pro camera in a break room can teach you everything you need to know about "how far we've come"
