everybody does. some are more bold to admit it than others.

for example white people are looked at/upon as men and women. black people are looked at as black first and men and women second.

tbh we're not even looked at as men and women to them but rather children.

One of the most double-edged comments out there. On one hand, it means you are equal opportunity and feel like everyone deserves an the same chance at life. On the other hand, they could be admitting that they are ignorant of race issues still being around in society.

man...with the recent events sometimes i thjnk we're not even looked at as people.

no matter how mediocre...other races always gotta try tosee themselves as "better than" us im some way, shape, or form.

keep in mind that we were written into the constitution as 3/5 of a human, it had to be later decided that we were 1 whole human.

:mjlol:

this is what we're dealing with and people think that because it's "2014" things are supposed to be different, the way these people felt about us then is the same way they do now, only problem is that they can't be as open with it as they were once upon a time.

It's almost another way of saying "my best friend is black". :pachaha:

The people who say it are almost always dedicated white supremacists.

With these random shootings and celebrities having temporally tourettes plus the media they're making it very clear.

They can still hear it if they don't see it. So if a white dude yells n1gger in her ear she'll wake up. Plus she probably dating a white chick. Some black people turn color blind when their dating another race.

that's the illusion of inclusion.

"billy sees me as a human, not a black woman. so what if he calls me a ni**er sometimes during sex, every couple has their own ways of spicing up their relationships"

They only see one side, everything else cannot be seen.

The real question is what side are they seeing ?

Our side or the "other" side

Not seeing race is contary to the persons meaning behind the words. Acknowledge that there are differences in ethnicity; act accordingly to human dignity first, then as the situation requires next. There's levels to the cism.
