Absolute filth.
I get nothing but conflicting info regarding the health vs risks of eating pork when I research. Pork was the first meat that I had to give up though - swelling in my face, fingers, ankles, abundance of clear mucus and headaches made me put it down.
Then it was chicken. I loved wings & legs but hate the veins. Eggs...I need to cut them out too but love them in too many dishes - omelettes, deviled eggs, tuna salad, potato salad, salads, etc.
Then I read about beef - meat glue, dyed from grey/brown/green to pink/red, the conditions in which they live, and on & on. Not gonna lie, I did enjoy grassfed ribeyes from Whole Foods.
It's just seafood for me now - but thinking about cutting out crustaceans with the exception of conch & lobster tail.
