they lost a BIG part of what made them SO unique. he brought that X factor and he probably inspired a lot of the guys in many ways, you can tell any time it's brought up that they really do miss him being in their lives. but the biggest reason why they died is their insistance to do the solo dolo thing back in the late 90's plus the flood :mjcry: the flood forced RZA to start all over again and now because he had money and he's a gear head he had so many new pieces of equipment he wanted to start using them. Wu-tang Forever was made almost entirely with some new drum machine he got (DDrum i think it was called) it changed the direction of the sound. maybe if they let RZA exec produce or produce a majority of the sophmore albums maybe they would have grown together as artists but they went in completely different ways for the most part. Supreme Clientele is the best of the second round of albums and it's exec produced by Ghost & RZA, Immobilarity had fukkin Swizz Beatz and shyt on there :scust:

Never the same without dirty...but they sorta abandoned the nikka before he left the physical anyway. He was so reckless and nikkas was focused on they're pockets instead of family circa 98'-00'. He complained too and signed wit the roc once he got out. So imo, the run was over before he died....but his death made it official.

But Ghost definitely carried the torch with Supreme Clientele :obama:

I must be thinking of something else. But the whole vibe of those second round of albums is completely different vibe and trying to fit in with the popular sounds of the time rather than doing their own thing
