This thread gets made from time to time in the booth, where somebody basically feels the need to flex and let you know what non mainstream shyt they listen to, as if all music isn't subjective.
People like what they like, and music is music. No need to try to segment the shyt up by popularity. That shyt used to fly back in the 90s when it really was a badge of honor to have done the work to find shyt at random mom and pop record stores. But you can end up stumbling across all kinds of incredible music you've never heard of almost by accident now. shyt ain't special, and it's gotten to the point where it's corny to try to shyt on someone else's taste just because they don't like the same shyt as you.
I don't even know what op Is talking about. You ain't even talking about if people like the mainstream releases you talking about "who is still talking about so and so album"
