I like Indian food. If I had to compare it to Jamaican food, I'd say it has more colours on the spectrum so to speak.

Either the food isn't for you or you went to places that trash.

Also worth noting that the food hits different when prepared in house. Go to a proper restaurant or get a friend to prepare it. Fast food is also oily and uses cheap cut of meat.
