I'm still going to eat healthy, and workout 5-6 days a week.
Just not going to count calories anymore. I think I have a grip on portion control(which was my BIGGEST problem).
I just have to get a grip on sweets. I love chocolate

I never counted calories per se, but just make you eat relatively healthy. The body works in "complex" ways tbh.
