My OCD brain compelled me to read this man's entire manifesto and other reports like I was a crime detective, and he started out pretty benign like this, albiet with a more cocky flair than you. But he was genuinely asking how to turn off his resentment for others seemingly having relationships and fun while he sat there, 'successful and attractive' without anyone takin an interest in him.
Now with regards to you, you're self aware of your situation and I genuinely believe you're exploring avenues to better yourself and that situation rather than whinge about how divine you are, on some incel narcissist shyt before it turns into malevolent thoughts at being 'ignored' and that the people out there that you're loathing needs to be punished.
