All I got so far is to build a 1-bedroom on some land I got and rent it out for about $1000 a month...
I got $50K to invest...need ideas

Talking to some koreans they say it’s not a lot (but wont tell me exactly how much). There are black beauty organizations that I’ll try to link to see if it works for you. They have connections so that you don’t get screwed by korean hair manufactures.

Also, if you ever open a store add a additional website. That way you can get revenue from people buying stuff online.

If you have 50K to invest, I am assuming you have no debt besides paying mortgage and well paying job
What I would do is read the Intelligent Investor...
Then I would look at my personality and my lifestyle and be honest with what type of person I am...
If you are the type of person that does not mind taking extreme risks, that don't mind losing money and starting all the way over...then I would talk to a financial advisor and consider starting a business...but you'll need more than 50K for anything that has to do with having a physical location or having a lot of inventory..
If you are a cautious diligent and persistent person, I would study value investing, particularly the book by Seth Klarman, and also go talk to a financial advisor and then craft a portofilo of solid businesses that are healthy and stable and constantly paying out dividends...
Use those dividends to buy more stock.
Eventually you should make enough money from your dividends to that you can retire...
If you are not risk averse but you are not cautious, diligent and persistent...then throw that 50K in an index and don't worry about it...

I looked at a couple... they're asking for a lot up front.
My boy just said do a mobile car wash or a transportation service.
I gotta research those
i have access to up to 5 cannabis licenses , manufacturing, distribution, delivery in the bay area,ca. working on my own. delivery will be live on the first with a 500k investment. multiple opportunities. currently have delivery in los angeles and known product brand.
How about land... but some land. Pay the tax each year and sit on it until an investor comes knocking.
