What’s the time frame on being able to retire from 50k investment?

What would you talk to the financial advisor about?

Being able retire depends on your lifestyle...

If you like nice things...you'll need more money

If you can live an average lifestyle...you'll need less money...

Depending on your skill level and portfolio mix, a 50K portofolio can generate maybe 100 to 300 a month...

The equation is

Portfolio size desired = Annual income needed / Dividend yield of portfolio

Generating income through the stock market is the slow way to retirement unless you have thousands to play with

The benefit of dividend investing is...you are investing in established easy to understand companies like McDonalds, Johnson and Johnson, and Phillip Morris...

And then...the dividends you get..you can just reinvest it...

If I was talking to a financial advisor, I would talk about my goals

What job position I want...

What salary I want

What investments I want to pursue

When I want to retire...

Where I want to live...

If I want a family or not...

Your financial advisor should be able to help you with craft a plan for you to achieve your goals

Invest in either IPO’s or high yield ETF stocks. Saw one that gave a 17% yearly return. At 17% you can make another 50k in 5 Years strictly off the dividends without investing anymore.

But the ICO option sounds decent too

Get yourself a financial adviser if you don't already have one.

Real estate can be a good investment depending on where you're buying it.

EDIT:
Let me get $100 :feedme:

You still live there or got fam there?

How them prices looking?

I would like a local to give me a couple sections of the hood that might be best.

I was thinking about doing that in Liberty City since i know that area better.. but i don't see as much upside over here. They're redoing Pork n Beans but it's not gonna become wynwood or anything

Yea, probably 1-2k on a currency coin. I wouldn't recommend a full splurge into it but there are a couple or so that would make you some good returns. I say this as someone who tried this myself back in December and reaped some good rewards; tho i'm keeping it on going instead of cashing it all out.

In the short, I’d flip some Airbnb spots around the 305, then pay someone like 18-22 /hr to manage your spots while sit on the beach and holla at hoes.......

That’ll at least buy you some more time while you build up more money and think of an even bigger business.....

Don’t sleep on hosting an airbnb spot, people do that shyt all over LA, and make 2-3 times their rent back.....

You get you 3 or 4 spots and you’ll be straight.....

I think you're underestimating how much property at Miami Beach costs. 50K ain't shyt for that
