^^^ regarding the system shock

My boy smoked cigarettes for 13 years. I took him to the track, he did the lap. When I say entire body I mean, all of it from your toes to your damn ears. His damn lungs were burning. From that day he's never smoked again. And that wasn't even the intent.

So what do I do?
Reduce your daily caloric intake to around 1800 (if you have an average build - look up how to calculate your basal caloric rate, then go below that by 300 - 500 calories), intermittant fasting, cardio, lifting and low carb will also help. Myfitnesspal helps you track your calories.

Actually, you're wrong. The best thing you can do if youve been sedentary is to go to a track do a light warm up, stretches, a couple squats, lunges--nothing more than 5mins total. Then sprint around the track, as hard as you can for 1 lap.

That's it.

You feel like your going to die. You'll be uncontrollably and involuntarily shaking, your body will be screaming. But that's it. Go home. Sit on the couch, or shower, eat.

Next day your entire body will be conditioned, you don't have to worry about doms, or slowly easing into workouts and shyt. So from there you jump into any workout program within your range and not have to knock the dust off.

You can't sprint forever. So you'll be running at the start at 100% of 100% of what you can do, then your body will start to fatigue, you you'll be running at 100% of 90% of your body's capacity, the 100% of 80, 100% of 70, 100% of 60 then your run (that 1 lap) will be over. Might take you 10-15 mins to recover...maybe 20-25. You'll feel it. But from there is smooth sailing. It's a shock to your entire system.

You don't know that man's weight/condition/med history to offer the advice being given...

I don't either, but I would rather tell him something that takes that into consideration than tell that nikka to play Usain bolt and end up in someone's hospital

eat at a caloric deficit. That’s the only solution

This plus cardio. Also don’t stop because you don’t see results right away. Belly fat loss is one of the hardest things to do. In average you start seeing substantial changes in your body after 4 weeks of working out, for belly fat loss to be noticeable it can sometimes take from 8 all the way up to 12 weeks for changes to start being substantial. A good diet (caloric deficit) can help speed up the process, but make sure you’re not starving yourself.

first do a colon cleanse. this is psychological.

you gonna screw up your face when you think about putting bullshyt back into your system—knowing you just spent the entire morning for 2 weeks punishing your intestines

you became close with the porcelain gawd during that sabbatical. honor him
:wow:
Bro this gonna sound weird, but a few weeks ago I was having violent vomiting after taking something for a few hours. I was one with the toilet because I couldn’t move for long before vomiting. No funny shyt, maybe it was the drug but at some point I was looking in the toilet and it was asking for my vomit…like on some give the Toilet God what it wants :merchant:

shyt was creepy and weird :damn:

Keto diet with lots of water. It's not a long term diet but it gets the job done for the time being.

Similar age, I had/have a skinny body but classic beer belly gut. Had to get wisdom tooth removed. In that process another tooth had gotten infected and just ate non sugary foods and drank hot teas to help clean my teeth until everything cleared up.

In a month probably lost 20 pounds with no real exercise since it was dead of winter, damn near all belly fat. Stomach looked like high school again. Teeth got back to normal so did my poor diet and right back to square one. shyt ain't easy to maintain, it's a different lifestyle than you are used to keeping it up.
