Did you know your lungs are the main tool used to lose weight? As in the exhale is what makes the fat evaporate as the blubber escapes from your corpulent frame.

The simple answer is burn more calories than you consume. Although genes dictate some of your body composition, the good news is that it's never too late to get into the habit of working out. When I started working out at 32, I hadn't seen inside of a gym since sophomore year of high school. By 36 I had gotten in the best shape of my life and for the first time in my life I had six pack. In my 20's I was skinny fat so I never had a flat stomach until then. Unfortunately the pandemic was a setback and the abs are gone, but due to the grace of God, my body didn't decline too bad. My stomach is still relatively flat due to good habits established from pre-pandemic.

It's tough at first but stick with it and you will see results. One my powerlifter friends summarizes it like this. It's a 3-month cycle of 1st feeling like shyt, then you start to get comfortable to your routine, then you plateau, adjust your workout and then the cycle repeats.

Stairmaster, resistance training and eat at a caloric deficit (also diet wise lean meats and leafy greens)

people saying Russian twists are going to have this man looking fatter than he already is. Russian twists build obliques which make you look fat if you don’t already have your shoulders and lats built up.
