I have no written statements and only my word to go off of. I don't know if I can bring the supervisor or coach into court and now I'm starting to feel depressed and stressed again (I've talked about this in the mental health thread here), so I'm going to take these next couple of weeks/days to myself. Meditate, LEARN WORKER'S RIGHTS, and regroup.

thanks for the advice from everyone. I'm probably still going to seek legal advice to know how to go about this in the future if it happens again. But, I'm going to rest in the mean time.

I live with my folks, but i'm 26. They understand, but im honestly not going to take "weeks off", I was just saying that. I don't want to become lazy, so I'll get back to the grind next week. It hasn't even been a week yet (I got fired last thursday.) I worked 4 days a week for 10 hours. That was a regular work week. But yea. I don't think I want to do temp agencies anymore though.

Started working for a warehouse through a temp agency in late June of this year. I was still a temp when I got fired too.

I was working with 2 mexican dudes in a trailer and they were doing gay shyt with each other. I didn't think much of it as long as they kept that stuff away from me. One co-worker started grabbing the other co-worker's azz while he was wrapping a pallet and then the other co-worker grabbed his azz back. When it came time for me to wrap the pallet, I told one of the co-worker's to "move" and "do not touch me". They both left the trailer when I said this.

We end up going to another trailer and I had to go in the trailer throw boxes down and pass them to said Co-workers to put on pallets and wrap. As we were setting up, both of the co-worker's come into the trailer with me and asked me "Do you have a big BBC?" (NO CAP)

I acted like I didn't know what that meant and said "Nah, what is that"?

They laughed and said, "it means a big black dicc, do you have a big dicc"?

I went off on and cussed both of them out and told my coach to "move me, I'm uncomfortable working with them". He didn't move me, so I went and asked my supervisor "where do I make a sexual harassment claim at"?

I told her what happened; and she separated us, but I was still mad, so I let her know I was going home early that night. She said, "I understand, and I feel sorry you had to go through that".

I went home, got some rest and woke up the next day ready to go to work. Around 4:45pm I got a text message saying "do not return to this company. Your assignment has ended, and we have deemed you not fit for the company". There was no reason behind it, and I can't get in contact with the company.

I was told by some people that I overreacted, but in my defense, I'm not used to other men asking me if I have a big dicc.

I was also told I should've never left early that night, but another temp worker went home as I clocked out.

I was also told to get a lawyer and file a wrongful termination lawsuit against the company I worked for, but I don't know.

he works for a temp agency he's not an employee. they really don't need a cover story. especially if he didn't get any complaints filed. it's gonna be his words vs theirs and those 2 fakkits are probably reassigned by the agency as well they were not employees either so the client he was working for has no liability it would have actually been his agency.

this is why they don't hire people so they can boot them with ease...

As far as all the people telling you to get a lawyer and you're gonna get paid, please don't get your hopes up. You are very free to consult one, but you won't be getting an easy check like they're leading you to believe. It's your word vs theirs, and you know they told a very different version of the story than you did. As long as the agency is still willing to place you, be grateful and work hard

Im gonna push back here and say, the dominant society been putting a battery in lgbtq backs since Obama days, so they acting a bit different. I see too many full fledged trannies in the hood nowadays, just strolling along unmolested. Times done changed.

@96Blue Me personally, if i was a bm in cali who had got sexually harassed by some Mexican 's, I'd seek out a mens rights advocate with maga leanings.

This is really a dream case for a lawyer on that Trump, "Mexican degenerates bringing in crime" steez. I could see a democrat- aligned lawyer not even wanting to touch this, similar vibes in NY. A lot of crime committed by mexicans, even directly in front the laws, esp against US, is being actively ignored. So much for blue states.

Yep. This is common practice too.

When I was a warehouse manager, anytime a temp would complain of harassment or get implicated in any type of warehouse drama we’d fire ALL parties involved. Normally for performance or creating a hostile work environment.
