i wouldn’t be posting on the coli. No disrespect to you or the coli, but that kinda trauma would have me having a mental break. You were sexually assaulted and fired. Sounds like you need to take a break from being around other men and working.

I understand you which is why I didn't post this the day it happened. I've been stressing since this happened. I even thought it was my fault for telling my supervisor what happened and walking out, but fucc that. That doesn't warrant me getting fired.

Started working for a warehouse through a temp agency in late June of this year. I was still a temp when I got fired too.

I was working with 2 mexican dudes in a trailer and they were doing gay shyt with each other. I didn't think much of it as long as they kept that stuff away from me. One co-worker started grabbing the other co-worker's azz while he was wrapping a pallet and then the other co-worker grabbed his azz back. When it came time for me to wrap the pallet, I told one of the co-worker's to "move" and "do not touch me". They both left the trailer when I said this.

We end up going to another trailer and I had to go in the trailer throw boxes down and pass them to said Co-workers to put on pallets and wrap. As we were setting up, both of the co-worker's come into the trailer with me and asked me "Do you have a big BBC?" (NO CAP)

I acted like I didn't know what that meant and said "Nah, what is that"?

They laughed and said, "it means a big black dicc, do you have a big dicc"?

I went off on and cussed both of them out and told my coach to "move me, I'm uncomfortable working with them". He didn't move me, so I went and asked my supervisor "where do I make a sexual harassment claim at"?

I told her what happened; and she separated us, but I was still mad, so I let her know I was going home early that night. She said, "I understand, and I feel sorry you had to go through that".

I went home, got some rest and woke up the next day ready to go to work. Around 4:45pm I got a text message saying "do not return to this company. Your assignment has ended, and we have deemed you not fit for the company". There was no reason behind it, and I can't get in contact with the company.

I was told by some people that I overreacted, but in my defense, I'm not used to other men asking me if I have a big dicc.

I was also told I should've never left early that night, but another temp worker went home as I clocked out.

I was also told to get a lawyer and file a wrongful termination lawsuit against the company I worked for, but I don't know.

If you we’re still a temp it should have been the temp agency supervisor not the warehouse supervisor.

But yeah file a sexual harassment claim. They’ll settle it.

He don’t have a case because they clipped him before it got that far.

Distribution Center jobs (I see you worked at Lowes) pay really good for the most part, but they hire anybody...so the environment is usually chaotic.


I worked at the Menards DC...there were meth heads, convicted child molesters, hillbilly racists with 2 teeth left in their mouth, cracked out prostitutes that would get off work and STILL sell p*ssy...shyt was wild.


All of these DC's have no unions either...so management can basically do whatever they want and play favorites or target folks they don't like.


I hope you sue and win millions. Good luck brother.

You should’ve filed an official complaint with HR immediately. They would’ve been forced to investigate. They terminated you to cover their asses. They don’t even need a reason to let you go because you’re a temp worker.

Call a few lawyers. But based on shyt I’ve seen before, it’s going to be hard to do anything.

A lawyer won’t take it unless it’s a layup.

You basically have to have documented complaints with HR, and proof they didn’t do anything. One time incidents is hard to prove.

If u filed an official complaint, and they started fukking with you or then fired you, that’s retaliation.

But they probably have a legal team, and they probably consulted them before letting you go. And if it’s a at will state, they don’t need a reason to terminate you.

Your dispute is with the temp agency.

You’re an employee to a subcontractor.

The agency is responsible for providing you with a safe work environment.

The warehouse is just their client.

Yeah this is why he needed to have that convo with the temp agency not the warehouse supervisor he direct reported to.

The temp agency fired him for walking off the job early.
