In that situation, it's gonna be tough to get anywhere with a lawsuit since temp workers can be let go at anytime. People are saying get a lawyer and seek legal advice, but you have no paperwork proving anything and it's not like those Mexican dudes are going to show up and take your side talking bout I sure did ask to see that bbc!
Stuff like this is why I kept this permanent job and turned down the contract to hire position I was offered. Gotta have some job security.
