Sounds like since you were a temp worker. It was easier to let you go than to deal with the paper work.

In that situation, it's gonna be tough to get anywhere with a lawsuit since temp workers can be let go at anytime. People are saying get a lawyer and seek legal advice, but you have no paperwork proving anything and it's not like those Mexican dudes are going to show up and take your side talking bout I sure did ask to see that bbc!

Stuff like this is why I kept this permanent job and turned down the contract to hire position I was offered. Gotta have some job security.

Dude that you quoted probably never worked in a warehouse. The shyt isn't easy and I worked 10 hours a day 4 days a week with 3 day weekends. At least I had a job, I was making good money too.
