last time i had it they had me and all the other potential jurors sitting in a room for 3 hours just to send us home :scust:
shyt was a waste of time
A whole lot better then ending up in the jury box and sitting there the whole day and hoping you don’t get picked like me 4 years ago

That sucks. You can normally get out of it if you can convince them that your job needs you to open or operate on that given day or something. They'll postpone for another date.

Just did jury duty 2 weeks ago. Took 4 hours, but when they selected the 12, was holding my breath. sigh of relief after the selection and not getting selected:whew:

Dudes were high-fiving each other when we left, even the bailiff told us all "Y'all dodged a bullet!" :mjlol:

the ultimate conundrum

you could just not go and nothing will happen.

i always feel an obligation to show up, but they always kick my ass off right away and i don't even indicate how i feel about anything one way or another. i actually want to be on a jury so bad, but nah. you gone.:mjlol:
i wish i could find out what the case was about beforehand. at least if its interesting i wouldnt mind going :francis:
