Create an account on your PC which has no "Administrative rights" and browse with it.

That way if you accidentally download a virus,spyware etc... and it tries to run in the background it will fail.

I think i know how I got the keylogg too. The nerd mustve logged in as a female and sent me a private PM box. And when i typed in it they probably did some shyt to put it on.

I still dont feel 100% secure so i think i might just send all my files to my email(files that i want to keep) then re install the system or whatever.
