I understand but for this population, small gains are huge!!! Not everyone can say that they have a diploma? Not everyone say that they worked and went to school to get a diploma? Not everyone grew up with the same access to education in a crumbling educational arena. I don't know about you but I live in NYC... life happens and when moms is on your back about contributing to the house and you look around and say damn, I need to go get it;education becomes tertiary at best. We can't assume that this is expected in a world that doesn't offer the same luxury to all ( this is just being honest). Be mindful that this is a victory for the "little guy" in society and should be given the upmost respect and commendment
