AND ARE HARDER TO SELL. I SELL EARLY TO GET CLOSE TO WHAT I PAID FOR THE CAR. THE FIRST TAURUS I BOUGHT WAS 8K. I SOLD IT 100K MILES LATER FOR 7500. I USED THAT CAR FOR 2 YEARS AND ONLY PAID $500. BUYING A 4-5 YEAR OLD CAR WITH LESS THAN LEASE MILES USUALLY CARRIES A PREMIUM OF ABOUT 500-2000 BUCKS ON THE STICKER PRICE. I BURN THROUGH THE MILES QUICKLY AND SELL IT FOR THE PRICE OF THE AVERAGE CAR WITH NORMAL MILES ON IT. NOW SOMEONE ELSE CAN BUY IT AND KNOW THEY WILL GET ANOTHER 100K OUT OF IT. AT 250K MILES, I'LL HAVE A MUCH HARDER TIME SELLING THE CAR.
