WHEN THERE IS NO WORK I DO LYFT. IF YOU STRUGGLING WITH LYFT/UBER, MAYBE I CAN HELP YOU OUT.

I can do 600 in a weekend easily

My homey make 300/day minimum and that's just Uber/Lyft. He do that Amazon shyt too and them scooters as well. nikka making like 6 gz/month altogether. He Keep telling when I get my license reinstated I should do it. I think ill do the scooter thing tho. Easy, no people, no food. He clean up during special events like SXSW, Urban Fest, Texas Relays ect..

Yea it’s like ubereats with the alert. But with grubhub the show u how much money you’re gonna make with the order before you accept.

And wit grubhub customers tip before they pay. I believe with ubereats(ain’t done it in like a year) they only have the option to tip after u deliver the food.

That was like 50 hours it’s weird with food cuz u might not get orders for like 30 minutes. Ion track delivery miles cuz I ain’t never did that tax shyt and unlike Uber u can’t go back and see ur previous daily earnings and miles.. they send u and email abou it daily but ion feel like adding em all up

Don’t think so for Turo, but HyreCar will accept it for folks who do food delivery tho, they just won’t do it for regular Uber/Lyft. As long as the car can pass inspection for Uber Eats/ Postmates in your city you should be good.

Knew a business owner with like 12 employees who was easily seein 6 plus figures a year in his business. He still gets up early every morning and says he makes an easy $150 before he even goes into the office to start his work day. Doing Uber/Lyft.

Made me look at peoples hustles and level of contentment different. I know folks making 60 k so settled and happy and this dude making at least three times that and still shuttling people around to make a persons daily wage before he even starts his work day.

Ehhh I see what you're saying but making every possible dollar isn't everyone's goal. Your friends mentality may be to get as much money as possible. Another person may cherish their extra time and freedom (That we're rarely allotted as grown ups) of their hours away from work. Neither is right or wrong. It's just based off what you care more about.

I wouldn't use his want to go out and make extra cash as a referendum on other people.

ALL CARS IN THE TRANSPORTATION BUSINESS ARE DEPRECIATING. THE DIFFERENCE IS THE BUSINESS STRUCTURE. PEOPLE ARE LOOKING AT THE SETUP FROM AN EMPLOYEE'S PERSPECTIVE.

FROM DRIVING ALONE YOU CAN HIT ABOUT 60-70K A YEAR WHILE PUTTING ABOUT 50K MILES A YEAR ON THE VEHICLE. THAT MEANS THAT YOU NEED TO UNLOAD THAT CAR IN 3-4 YEARS MAX. LET'S SAY 4 YEARS. BUY A $40K CAR AND PAY IT OFF IN 4 YEARS. THAT WILL GET YOU A BASE LEVEL EXPLORER OR SOMETHING. YOU'LL KNOCK 10K A YEAR OFF IN PAYMENTS TO PAY IT ON TIME. THAT LEAVES YOU WITH 50K A YEAR GROSS AND A NEW MID SIZE SUV EVERY 4 YEARS.

MY JOB A FORD DIDN'T PAY ALOT BUT ONE OF THE BENEFITS WAS I GOT ACCESS TO A COMPANY CAR WITH FREE FUEL. AFTER DOING THE NUMBERS IT ADDED ABOUT 5-10 DOLLARS AN HOUR TO MY PAY. YOU HAVE TO DO THE SAME THING WITH THE LYFT SCENARIO. IF YOU PUT THE COST OF THE CAR ON AFTER PAYING YOURSELF, YOU'RE LOSING THE ADVANTAGE OF BEING A BUSINESS OWNER.

I'VE ONLY DONE AMAZON FLEX. 4HR BLOCKS PAY $72 BASE. IF YOU CAN WIGGLE 2 BLOCKS A WEEK IN THAT'S $576 A MONTH. MUCH LESS WEAR AND TEAR ON THE CAR AND NO PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH.
