Despite being one myself, I can't deal with the 'everything needs to be handed to me on a platter mentality'. As a collective simple life skills are greatly lacking and I just feel it is going to get worse.
My breh just called me to help him setup something and I'm like breh, all the info is on Youtube...he couldn't even be bothered to watch a 5 min video, he wanted my helpget off my phone.
I run a business and some of the resumes I see it is just, like there is the IDGAF attitude that you see in people who are supposed to be college educated. Let me not even talk about the interviews!

I'm 24 and it took me 6 years to finally get my first job, it's not only your generation experience this "Millennials Mentally Disabled Crisis". People in my age group, are thrown into this shyt. A job I applied to in my local area was for Quiznos, they practically implied that "A nikka like you shouldn't be working for a sandwich place like us" - being overqualified. Came back a few weeks later with my friends to eat there. The dude they hired in place of me, spoke less English than that "A durkah-durkah scene" from Team America: World Police movie, and it didn't click with me until then
.These "Equal Opportunity" employers mean they are looking to ethnically and racially expand their diversity portfolio, just without some dark chocolate. They say it's recommended/optional to be bilingual, but really prefer if you look/sound like you work for Telemundo. In the West Coast, especially L.A. it's a variety of "Paper Racism" known in Hollywood as "Typecasting". My middle name is Ebonic as fukk, but I know they reject resumes with racial bias based on how "hood" a person's first name sounds.
But they will hire somebody who has more syllables in their name to pronounce, than DOOM's holorhyme technique for multis.....

azz baby boomers start to die off, and people from Gen X become middle aged, will be an interesting dynamic. By then, automation will be in an aggressive pace and we'll on the stages of ripping up the concept of a workforce.
