Back To Basics has very few Hip Hop influences that was obviously largely influenced by Jazz Soul and R&B hence the name "Back To Basics", she was goin to her old school roots from before her career started but also had some pop cuts reminiscent of her first album which was also her goin "Back To Basics". 
Hip Hop isn't "deeply rooted" in Jazz Soul and R&B it borrows from some of those genres but thats mostly cause of samplin, and the content and feel that Christina was goin for on Sex For Breakfast was early-mid 90s Madonna durin her Erotica/Bedtime Stories era she was tryna be all sexual and more explicit (tho you could also argue that was another example of her copyin Lady Gaga on that album).
