This is exactly what I mean. Bro my form wasn't even bad, I was doing squats, I'm bigger than the dude that was giving me tips. Idk id he felt threatened cause like I said I'm new to the gym. Dude said some shyt like point my toes forward or some dumb shyt. I just let him get it off and kept it moving. I could tell he just wanted to talk

My toes don't point perfectly forward when I squat either. It sounds like the guy who gave you advice doesn't know bend their knees kind of outward when they squat. He may not know what the hell he's talking about which makes the story worse on.his end

This isn't anyone else's fault and it's probably because I have a serious personality defect, but I get infuriated every time someone asks to work in a set while I'm using any bench or machine.

"na bro gotta point your toes forward some more..." :smugfavre:

This. "Yo can I jump in"

:hhh: no fam, just wait

Or some nikkas try to do it sneakily with the fake motivation they'll come and give you a spot (assistance) and give you the "come on bro, you got it, you got it , 2 more let's go" then right after they hit you with "Yo you done with the bench"

:hhh: hate that shyt lol

You have know idea what your talking about, hand placement on the bench will determine weather your hitting chest or hitting tricep

There is a difference between doing hamstring rows (stiff leg) and deadlifts. They look similar in motion but positioning is the difference between hitting your back or hamstrings
:yeshrug:

That doesn't mean shyt to me. I know a lot of regular degular motherfukkers who literally go to the gym and get swole not really concentrating on form what so ever but just lifting heavy.

People Are Going To Lift how they want what works for them might not work for you.

If I'm bench pressing with a fukked up form but getting good results- I don't give a shyt about your science.:mjlol:

Olympic weight set, bench and bells can be had for under $500. Pull-up bar etc next to nothing. Only reason to hit the gym is to book sweaty hoes
