Why are y'all acting like OP's form is off? The dudes who usually do that are looking for gym buddies. Even if his form is on point they'll suggest their way of doing things so they seem like some lifting sensei.

Luckily there's no one like that in my gym. Most of the dudes using bad form are the brolic cats ego lifting anyway.
:gucci: yo ass must go to planet fitness. None of the yoke nikkas at my gym go around telling nikkas what there doing wrong UNLESS it's some blatant "you gon fukk some shyt up of you continue" type of shyt. They're too busy working on their own shyt.

The nikkas looking for "gym buddies" are the type to ask you how their form is or if they can jump in on your set. Ain't no nikkas going around d giving pointers looking for friends :skip:

This isn't anyone else's fault and it's probably because I have a serious personality defect, but I get infuriated every time someone asks to work in a set while I'm using any bench or machine.
I usually don't even ask. I just say

"how many sets you got?"

"iight, I'm gonna work in with you" and I haven't recieved an objection yet.

If you're in between sets get the hell up

I'm not about to sit there all day while you twiddle around on Instagram in between sets. :hhh: shyt half the time nikkas welcome it and lift heavier asking me to spot them where as when they lift alone they do a "safe" weight.

That doesn't mean shyt to me. I know a lot of regular degular motherfukkers who literally go to the gym and get swole not really concentrating on form what so ever but just lifting heavy.

People Are Going To Lift how they want what works for them might not work for you.

If I'm bench pressing with a fukked up form but getting good results- I don't give a shyt about your science.:mjlol:

There are always genetic exceptions

:gucci: Reading comprehension breh. I said no one in my current gym does that.

There was a crew of guys at my old gym that was giving pointers to damn near everyone new that came in. Someone could be doing curls perfectly fine and they roll up like, "You should try doing that laying on your back you'll feel it more." :mjgrin: Then you'd see them working out together the next week or shooting the shyt. They were like 12-15 deep working out, taking turns. I heard some of them complaining they had too many people because they had to wait mad long for everyone to finish sets before their turn came back up:mjlol:

They were always doing some extra shyt like laying every curl bar on the floor in a line then go from the lightest to heaviest. Literally like ten of them lined up single file doing that shyt. They were always trying to get attention and being loud for no reason.

This is in Manhattan so when they opened up a newer gym three blocks away I switched since it'd be less crowded. I saw some people who switched too saying they were happy to get away from those clowns.

The other gyms I've gone to no one bothers anyone.

Because niccaz get butthurt when you check them on there forum so I'm :hubie:

Listen bro, niccaz dont give a fuc about helping nikkaz, so the fact that breh stepped to actually help means you most likely needed the help.

Honestly, I have no problem with this.

A breh the other day told me to squeeze the bar with all my fingers and it’d help my strength and gains.

He was right.

I do the same, when I see people lifting with absolutely horrible form I let them know & try to provide some help.

I'm still green bananas when it comes to gym workouts, so I'd appreciate the advice.

I just do push ups, jog, and crunches.Been thinking about making that jump to the gym, tho.

I have a decent physique, but there's this dude at my job.Breh looks like a Rhinoceros in the face,

but he's a gym rat.Breh then ran through all the chicks at work.The fairer sex is equally visual
