tha hell duz that mean? theres no way to get a 6-pack and/or flat stomach without cutting sugar and bread products, period

cardio is not needed, it just burns muscle...

diet is tha key...

Sorry but this is false information.

Its not bread or sugar that stops someone having a 6 pack or flat stomach, no food does. Eating too much does.

Its a simple case of calories in v calories out, if you consume less than your body requires you WILL lose fat.

If his daily intake required to be in a deficit is 2000, why on earth could he not eat bread or sugar providing he does not go over that cal amount.

We all have abs, just need to burn the fat to reveal it. being in a deficit will do this and only way to do this.

Regarding cardio, pretty sure as long as your protein is high enough you will not burn muscle. Your body uses fat, foods, carbs and other sources before venturing to muscle.

As far as I know this is right... Unless ur obese..

If ur 14% bf cutting down to 10%/ to get a six pack.. U gotta do calories dip...

U can eat bread including tuna sandwiches (very high protein)

U can eat an apple..

Heck eat bananas.. Very good fiber and for energy pre and post workout...

Just train right..

I suggest u get an exercise app and keep track of ur meals.. It will tell u if ur over and what your over..

Bread and sugar turns into glucose that turns into fat

it has nothing to do with calories, you can eat 5,000 calories non sugar or bread related food and you will still have a 6-pack

on tha other hand

you can eat 1,000 calories of bread and sugar and you still won't have a 6-pack or flat stomach

starving yourself duz not give you a flat stomach

do some research y'all nikkaz hella dumb

This is a terrible advice. Of course it has everything to do with calories. If you eat 10,000 calories of the healthiest foods in a day for months and don't work out you'd get fat.

Edit: Why am I even posting in a troll thread? :beli:
