How does any grown man get into a manual car and say "I can't drive that B"
This is not true. Automatic transmission have evolved so much.
If you followed enthusiast cars you would know this.
Porsche is even putting auto in their 911 because its just superior.
I do agree that you should know how to drive a stick, but is a dying skill
I don't parallel park unless I got empty spaces, PLURAL, to work with.
That said, people in general need to be lucky I get from point A to point B without fukking them or myself up. They didn't ask me to do that shyt on the test, I won't start doing it now if I can help it.

There's nothing to follow, I been overseas most of my military career and they've all been about manual except in close proximity of US bases

That may be true but with automated driving and Tesla and electric cars on the rise you really think they gonna outfit them with manual gearboxes to satisfy a shrinking portion of manual drivers?!?

Again this is only in response to the US about the "shrinking portion" of manual. Most if not all people overseas know manual before automatic. Th car industry isn't going to make a drastic change in auto vs manual because American's can't drive it

I hate people who park next to you in a empty or half full parking lot
I go into Walgreens and shop and come back out and I see a fukking car or pick up all next to me when no other cars are even near by

Some of us actually live in cities with parking lots, and as such we are not used to the mechanics of parallel parking.
Thus when we go to an ill-developed city such as San Fran we have difficulty parallel parking.
