Maybe the Walmarts and Targets are in much more convenient places. I got to drive 45 minutes to get to the closest mall vs a 5-8 minute drive to get to Walmart or TargetYou go to Walmart or target but avoid the mall??

I go a few times a year for gifts. Sometimes I'll go for myself if I'm traveling and need to pick up stuff for the trip without having to drive to multiple stores. More often than not I go for gifts. Most malls have a Sephora and I like getting my gf stuff from there. The staff is super helpful. Low key if you ever want to feel like The Man, walk in there with some basic knowledge of the type of perfumes or smells your girl likes. You'll have employees AND women shoppers in there scrambling to give you suggestions, ask questions to narrow down exactly what your girl likes, etc. I damn near feel like the store is gonna bust out in applause after I check out.

so at this point ain’t many stores I consistently need at a mall.
Yeah, our local mall is still good, buy most all of my clothes there. I don't like buying clothes online because there is no substitute for trying things on to see how they fit.
