Off the top of my head the expansion of the first Islamic Caliphates, the 4 great crusades by European Christian kingdoms vs the Islamic kingdoms, the 30 years war of the Protestant Reformation??
That's about 0.3% and only one of the Crusades, the first one, was religiously motivated.
