loyaly and buisness are two different things bruh. many times it comes down to dollars and bottom lines. why do u think employees get fired after working somewhere for 10-15 yrs

Agreed, but that's not always good for business. Yes, some businesses are strictly about their paper, but there seems to be a correlation (I know it doesn't imply causation) between good HR practices/employee morale and job performance.
