how did Josh Freeman do the season after? You know the season before Schiano arrived.

I'm not saying Freeman didn't struggle or looked questionable at time, but he's still a young QB that showed flashes of being elite. He played well last season until he struggled down the stretch. Did Schiano do anything to help his confidence when he struggled? Nope. He pretty much squarely placed all of the blame on Freeman. The Bucs offense was set up for low percentage passing plays. Almost every pass was a throw into traffic to Mike Williams or Vincent Jackson. They never called plays to get these guys open for Freeman to get the ball to them quickly. As soon as Freeman left town, you could see the play calling change.
